Training
Skilled operators and maintenance engineers get the most out of their production tools which is why we offer dedicated courses at various levels. To ensure the best possible learning atmosphere with the least possible disruption to your facility or lab, these classes are generally held at the corresponding divisional headquarters . Training for bonders will take place in Waterburry (USA), the classes for coatersystems and mask-aligners are provided in Garching (Germany). For more tailored training, courses are available at your facility upon request.
During each seminar, you will participate in an interactive learning experience that will let you apply the concepts you learn to the equipment you will be responsible for operating and/or maintaining and/or trouble-shooting. Dedicated training rooms, our demo and training-tools for hands-on training and a small class size allow for thorough training. Each student will receive a comprehensive training's folder and certificate upon course completion.
Training Levels
For all production machines we have 4 levels of training. For a customized training plan we offer a skill-assessment for you and your employees and we will setup a training accordingly. Feel free to contact us for a customized training plan.
Level 1: Operator Training
Includes tool operation and basic daily/weekly maintenance work. This is generally included for a specific number of people at your facility upon machine purchase and is conducted upon installation of the machine at your facility. Please contact us if you are intereseted in additional level 1 training.
Level 2: Maintenance and Service
Advanced maintenance and basic service carried out at one of our certified Training's Centers. Designed for service and maintenance personnel, students should have a good knowledge of tool operation and functionality and should have passed Level 1 training.
Level 3: Advanced Service
Trouble shooting course carried out at one of our certified Training's Centers. This course is designed for professional service personnel only. Students should have an excellent knowledge of tool operation and function and passed Level 2 training.
Level 4: Application Training
Coming Soon: Dedicated courses to deepen your application knowledge in order to optimize your process will be offered soon.
